  • An online workshop with Dr. Willem Lammers

February 11, 2021, 16:00-17:30 CET (Zurich, Vienna, Berlin)

Registration will close on Sunday, February 7, 18:00 CET.

    What is the theme?

“Are you under stress?” my sister-in-law asked when I entered her house. She was surprised when I said “No”. This was apparently unusual. Stress is on everyone’s lips, even if everyone understands it differently. The same goes for burnout. The meaning of this term fluctuates in everyday life between fatigue and clinical depression. Regardless of the definitions of the terms, it is a problem for many people. Especially in a time in which many structures in society are losing their potential to create stability, it’s to explore and find a way out of the patterns that lead to stress and burnout.

What does the program look like?

This 90-minutes online workshop consists of three parts:

    1. We start with an introduction to the theme. We explore criteria for a way of coping with challenges challenges and the signs of stress that can lead to burnout. This part also invites you to reflect on your own stress level.
    2. We then turn to one of the most important sources of stress and burnout: the workplace. We examine what oppresses and threatens people in organizations and how organizations can help people to meet stress. We also identify limiting beliefs that undermine the resilience of employees and managers.
    3. The last part of the workshop offers you the opportunity to eliminate one or two of these limiting beliefs and to increase your resilience by applying Logosynthesis. You will receive a link to a video recording of the workshop, so you can repeat this exercise as many times as you like afterwards, thus constantly improving your coping potential.

    How will we work?

This workshop consists of a presentation on stress and burnout and exercises on how to deal with the topic. Depending on the size of the group and the time available, there will be room for discussion – by chat or via microphone.
