Group Supervision
Logosynthesis is an excellent system to induce and guide change processes in individual settings: coaching, supervision and psychotherapy. However, many professionals are reluctant to work with Logosynthesis techniques in groups, or they feel not equipped well enough to work with groups at all. This one-day workshop will support your ease in working with groups and teams – with the help of a series of newly developed, clearly structured exercises.
Logosynthesis can advance the level of trust in a group by reducing transference phenomena, it can help the group members to give up inhibitions regarding new behaviour, and it can help the group to develop mission etc. resolve limiting beliefs regarding the group’s potential or purpose. Most of all it can help a group to arrive at a performing stage with respect to its task, whatever it may be: personal development, training, education or team development.
In my training institute for supervision and coaching, actively exploring group dynamics has always been a key instrument for process learning. This workshop is based on my experience of many year in both group dynamics and Logosynthesis. Since it takes place in a group, you can immediately explore how these techniques work for your own purpose in a real life context.
You will learn:
- How and why groups support individuals and organisations to reach their goals
- Three types of group work in which Logosynthesis can be applied
- Clearly structured exercises to apply in coaching, therapy or training groups.
To participate, you need a solid base of training and practice in the application of Logosynthesis, but you don’t need to be a Practitioner yet. Trish North and I recommend this workshop to all Logosynthesis Instructors and Trainers-in-Training: It can help you to discover and develop your potential in teaching and demonstrating Logosynthesis techniques.
